how come i cant post in the classifieds section?

how come i cant post in the classifieds section?

when i try to post in the classifieds it says im not allowed to participate in that forum. how do i bypass this?

Since you're a newbie, you'll have to make a certain number of posts before you can post in certain areas. Certain areas are locked to you until you make xx posts.
