matching paint for valve cover???

Default matching paint for valve cover???

i was wondering if anyone knows where i can find high temp paint in electron blue for a valve cover i picked up cheap...i would like to paint it electron blue... if anyone knows where to find it or who would paint it for me let me know thanks

your best bet would be to have that valve cover powdercoated,...most paints that even came close to resembling the Electron blue paint that i have seen was not high temp paint,..and if you paint you will need high temp paint if you want the paint to last at all

Here is my valve cover powder coated.. It looks pretty close to the color you want..

Alot of custom harley and motorcycle shops do powdercoating. My friend took his downhill bike to get powdercoated and got it done for like 300. Ohh yeah and for those who dont know 300 is a damn good deal for a whole bike.

talk to j98bluegsr ... hes a friend of mind and has a super sonic purpl integra.. (dont listen to his name lol cause its purple.. sorry jay) and he had his painted the same as his car.. and it looks ****!!!!!

oh and by the way.. the body shop said he didnt have to use high temp... so the used the honda paint and its fine....

Get paint stripper, and Hi-Temp paint from Pep Boys and do it your self. Put vasaline ober the letters on the valve cover, and when it all dries peel it off.
