does anybody have any detailed instructions on how to install some adjustable lowering coilovers. i need to get them on as soon as i can and they dident come with any instructions and i am puzzled. please help.... thanks

 

If they didnt come with instructions they probably arent worth installing

there ground control but i bought them off of a gut and he dident have the instructions and i dont know where to get any at that are really detailed. so im asking for people to post instrutions of there lowering coilovers...
