Does anyone know anyone who does custom ECU work?

This is what I am looking to have done.

I have a 1992 Honda Prelude with a P13 and an H22A4 engine. The car runs fine, but the AC Compressor does not work as it should. I have trouble shot and determined that the problem is an internal ECU problem even though the pins line up.

What I am asking a technician to do is take a P14, my original ECU, and use that as a map to rewire the appropriate pins on my P13. The pin location on each ECU is the same, but the function is different somehow. Any comments from people?
