every once in a while I can't start my car because of my injector circut. I need help Diagnosing the problem. I get a CODE 16 Whenever the car woln't start. Fuel injector circuit code. And when I test the voltage going to the injectors I get a weak 9V. instead of a healthy 12V.

Does anyone know where I should look for a solution to this problem?

I've replaced the injectors with newer ones out of a junk yard. So I don't think that that is the problem. Ive also been told to check the relays under my dash. where can I get new relays and whatnot if this is the problem?

maybe yoru resistor box is going out ?

 

Have you tried resetting the ECU?
Can you hear the injectors click with a stethoscope?
Can you swap the ECU out with a known good one?
You could also have a short. The Helms manual walks you through all this. Might be worth the investment.

 

i have the same problem. except i havent checked the voltage. just know when that happens no fuel and code16. ive read that its the main relay going out? something to do with the heat possibly. and that it puts out the code16 for some reason.
