2000 Civic SI OEM VIS carbon hood ?'s
Do the newer VIS OEM Civic hoods have the rubber seal mounting holes COMPLETELY drilled into the underside of them? My brother just got one of the newer ones (with the cf on the underside) and cannot remount the rubber seal that keeps the dirt and dust out of the engine bay because there are no holes for the mounting clips to push through. Do all VIS hoods come this way? It was his belief that it was OEM- including all necessary holes and mounting brackets. (Are there mounting brackets for the windshield wiper fluid tubing to keep it from dangling into the engine bay?) Thanks.

mine came with everthing drilled and ready, I did have to make some of the weatherstrip holes a little deeper, but everthing else was there.
