DVS Race Report – Weekend of August 8th -10th
Stephan Papadakis – Well the Weekend started out good Steph was able to secure the #1 Qualifying position after the first round of qualifying with a 7.171 @ 197.49 mph but motor troubles in round # 2 would cause Steph to miss the final Qualifying round… but he was still able to Secure the #3 spot with the same time… After a full motor change the team was back on the track Saturday for the first round of eliminations… but the motor gremlin attacked them again and did not complete the run… The AEM Driver FX Civic will be back in action the 23rd & 24th of August at the Auto Trader Magazines Northwest NHRA Sport Compact Nationals in Woodburn, Oregon…
Jeremy Lookofsky - The L’Natural Thermal R & D Drag Civic Finished first Place once again at the Battle Of The Imports Mid Season Bakersfield event on August 9, 2003. With Shawn Hillier behind the wheel for the event, The Team planned for the weekend to test some new products and hope for the best. The car never let us down once, as the day went on the car just kept getting faster. We broke our own personal best by running a 10.36 @131 MPH. The L’Natural Thermal R & D Drag Civic will be back in action the 23rd & 24th of August at the Auto Trader Magazines Northwest NHRA Sport Compact Nationals in Woodburn, Oregon where we hope to chase down the points leader one race at a time…
Shaun Carlson – The Transmission woes have hit an all Time High!!! Or low however you look at it… After securing the #4 qualifying position with a pass of 8.936 @ 173.51, the car had trouble and did not make another full pass for the rest of the event… The Mopar Backed Neon will be back in action the 23rd & 24th of August at the Auto Trader Magazines Northwest NHRA Sport Compact Nationals in Woodburn, Oregon…
