Default 7", 450 lb springs ok for front of '96 integra? or too short?

just making sure a 7" spring won't be too short. i posted last week, but didn't get much feedback. hoping some g3 integra drivers can help...

That is pretty much what I am running (8K) and it works fine. I still have plenty of suspension travel.

What shocks and mounts? I'm using 8" on Konis with GC mounts and am on the bottom notch of the Konis and in about the middle of the adjuster. That's with 800lb springs and shortened shocks.

i'm on neuspeed konis w/ koni sleeves+perches, currently on the lowest (of three) groove on the shock w/ 350 lb 9" spring somewhere in the middle of the adjustment. so with either the middle or upper groove, i should be fine.
