Default Civic Type R Reviewed

The Civic Type R was reviewed last night on TopGear (UK Car tv show). It looks pretty impressive with 200BHP, 16in alloys + the usuals and 0-60mph in 6.8 secs, but the main thing is the price, its going on sale within the next two months for a measly £16,000. Compared the ITR which was last sold at around £22k

I have seen the TV show. The suspension looks a bit soft for a Type R. And Vicky said the handling is a little bit indirect. I am going to testdrive one next week....

Nothing wrong with lifting the rear wheels in turns...our ITRs do the same thing in certain corners....

They need to stiffen the front suspension and swaybar a bit. At fast corners the outside front wheel almost disapear in the fender.....
