weathertech.com has the ones that dont use tape. And they dont use screws or nuts like the Honda Access ones. Really easy to install, great fitment. 
[edit] they're like $55 shipped though. well worth it IMO, b/c they are much much better quality than the pep boys, autozone stuff.
