what will it take to hit mid to low 13's
currently i have a 93 si with b18c1. pretty much all the bolt-ons. ive hit a best of 14.3 @95 on street tires. im planning on doing a build up of the motor while its parked this winter. i just want to know what it should take to get me below 13.5 and trapping above 100 on street tires.
would it be possible with pr3 pistons and a spoon head gasket/ CTR cams and springs/ retainers/ bored TB raise rev limmit to 8600/ 255 fuel pump and regulator/ and either a vafc or hondata with dyno tuning?
this is the set-up im thinking right now because it seems to be fairly cheap and i would think pretty effective. let me know what you guys think

ok. i have the 255 already which i got a really good deal on. i guess ill just sell it and buy a FPR.
as for more agressive cams, id like to get some skunk stage 1's or maybee 2's but they are so expensive compared to the CTR cams.
with the pr3's and the single layer head gasket the compression will be 12:1
should i go with the single layer or just get an oem 3 layer? with the oem gasket comp will be 11.4:1

forgot to mention i already have a skunk2 intake manifold on the motor. i really think that with the stock cams it is hurting my low end. but it seems to make up for it in the top.
I prefer OEM gaskets. You want high compression like 12:1 go PCT pistons. You want to run around 11.3-11.5 go PR3/P30's. That would work well with a more aggressive cam like a Skunk2 Stage 1 or 2. I know you they are more expensive, but for a reason.
