Integra R JDM Clutch and Flywheel

Is the JDM clutch and flywheel stronger/lighter than the USDM?

I dunno about the JDM one but the USDM itr flywheel is about 14lbs and the ls/gsr is about 17-18lbs. The itr clutch is also an upgrade from the ls/gsr.
