I have a built ls/vtec that is not performing the way it should be. There are a few problems with it and would like a little guidance and a 2nd opinion. The best time I could muster up so far is as follows.

That time was accomplished with full interior plus a little extra weight to that.

My setup:
B16 head, b18a block, Ls tranny, p30 ecu, 10.5:1 je pistons, eagle rods, CTR intake cam, ITR exhaust cam, jg/edelbrock intake mani, balanced and blueprinted block, msd 6a ignition with blaster 2 coil, timing set at stock.

Here is what I think some of my problems are. My head and block got resurface and my cam gears are a little retarded now, my tranny has crappy gearing, car needs to be tuned. I have a hondata s200 but its not in right now because I had problems with it. Would a base map on the hondata be better than the p30?

I just need help figuring out what I need to do first and advise on my setup. Thanks in advance.
