i'm just wondering if anyone has any experiences (good or bad) before i send him some money via paypal for some stuff i want. after hearing all the horror stories i think i should go the extra step and be safe on this one. even though it's a really good deal.

get a valid phone number and give him a call first, if he isnt willing to give u a phone nmber so u can talk to him then i wouldnt buy form him, there are way to many horror stories floating around, better safe than sorry, u could aslo use a program called neotrace to track his ip and find out where he lives or get his phone number and use a reverse search and make sure the number he gives u is his...... happy buying, later

 

read up on paypal's insurance policy... they will help protect you.

 

paypal does not reimburse if the seller has no money in the account, also having a phone number did not stop me from getting a stolen motor
