Yeah its assembly lube....great for playing tricks on the wife while working on it tough....(Am I suspose to bleed this much from a cut??) . Its all motor so I think the LS rods will be fine. There good up to 225hp or something like that and I've never seen a ls-vtec n/a break that yet.

If everything works right should have it finshed tomorrow or tuesday...Depends on how I feel after work. Then if it ever quits raining for a few hours will have it in this week. Its rained here in NE TN for about 40days and nights I think

a Friend Jared worked on the head. He did a verry good job with everything and I'm really impressed with it. 3 angle valves and p-p. He hooked me up. Its a ls block and its a GS-R or ITR crank girdle. Both use the same parts so either way. Had to the main caps machined to accept the girdle and get GS-R/ITR main bolts. It also has the GS-R/ITR oil pan and pick up, both are required for any crank girdle. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=263598&page=1. Thats also a JDM B16 oil cooler which GS-R and some ITR's have those factory another machined item. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=220589 . I got a few good ideas and tips from the archived items

Looking good I am still debating whether to build a similar setup using the head etc from my spare B16A for another project car.
