i just got my car to run 13.83 on some toyo t1s street tires and i was wondering which would help me on the track more, slicks or cams. my set up is an eg hb si w/b18c1, jdm itr header, jdm itr pistons, stock cams , spoon cam gears, fpr, skunk2 intake mani, AEM CAI, excedy clutch, h&r race springs on kyb agx's.

i was getting consistant 2.1 60ft's and my trap speeds were consistant 100 mph. If you think i would be better of with slicks, then what size should i get.

slicks, because, once you start making more power, its going to be a bit harder to get traction.

Slicks. 22x8x13 seems sufficient enough for now as well as some more hp in the future. M@H is recommended and John seems like a straightforward guy to buy from on this board.

 

any idea's out there of much time slicks will shave off my 1/4 mile?

 

judging by your current 60ft you should .5-.6 off your 1/4 with slicks.
