those look like del sol sideskirts.
seems he didnt wanted to remove the mud flaps for it...

2003 mitsubishi silver, oh and the sideskirt is eurathane, but the angle of the picture makes it look shorter than it is. Velox 17" vx8s. Im lookin into a zc engine, oh and suspension, since this thing is ghetto lowered.
