For everyone who owns the Tein HA, SS, or FLEX, what setting (out of 16) have you found to be a good compromise between handling and ride quality?

how do you like them so far?
im pretty sure thats what im going to get for my EG in a little over a month when i have the funds saved up.

 

Well I would have already installed them a few days ago, but because of an unfortunate incident, instead I've spent the past 3 days repairing my rear Comptech swaybar. That's finally done now, so I'll be putting in the Teins tomorrow. Looking at the Tein instructions, they recommend you start out at the stardard 8 front / 8 rear.

I ran 9f and 10r on my HAs.

i have tein ha for my 00 civic, front 12, rear 8, very hard, not comfy.

 

ive ran my flex's 24 front 24 rear , it hurts

 

damn when i got my flex's they didnt come with stickers!!!!!!!! just one tein sticker.

 

I run my SS on full stiffness all the time

 

Did you get the EDFC too?

 

im running 8f, 8r on my ss's in my ej and for daily driving i think that its fine. i might bump it up to 9, 9 later this week

Post a review once you get them installed, I'm definatley aiming for a set in the future.

SS is great.. wish it had higher spring rate for the EG.. shoudl of got the HA when they had it.

that makes two of us

 

I'm running 10 all around on HA with 12kg spring up front and 9kg in the rear. Its starting to feel a little soft but that after two+ years of seat time and an over-haul on the shocks.

 

RE: 10 front 8 rear

 

I run mine on 5 front and rear for normal driving and 10 front and rear when I go into curves. I have the EDFC so I can change it on the fly with my 3 pre-sets .

 

anybody ride on 24?????????
