setting them into the garbage and buying konis......

i ran them on an integra for a season, full hard up front (4) 3/4 in back (3)

save up for better shocks you will be able to feel a didifference

this is for autocross, if your question is a general setup, please ask it somewhere else

Run 4f/4r with spring rates of 350f and 500 r. Any higher spring rate and you will be under dampered.

Those are great shocks for that car...sure the more you spend the better the performance but in some cases your talking a tenth or two.

What spring rates are you running?

I run 330f/400r and on most courses I set the agx's to 1 in front and 3 in back. I like to have the back end kinda loose and during fun runs I'll go 4 in the backs and get that rear end swinging around in the corners just for the fun of it.

I have a 93 hatch and my buddy has a 95 coupe, he runs 1front 4rear.

Stay with the agx's for now and if you feel the need to move up to a better shock the koni yellows are good but dont stop there look into the tein full coilover set-up as well.

Have fun and play with those settings. BTW on the street I run 1front and 2 rear.

GC's are nice however the stock spring rates are kinda soft. After listening to all the hype I bought a set and instantly started missing my Matrix coilover set-up (yeah currently I'm the only Matrix Advocate in existence)

After talking with dale at gc and .RJ here on h-t I went with the current set up and it feels a lot better...pretty much gonna keep this set up until I go with either yellows or the Tein set-up.

If you call and ask for advice from gc be prepared however they are pretty opinionated.

I run 3/4 up front and 7/8 in the rear. I also have Eibach prokit springs and a 22mm ITR rear anti-sway bar with poly bushings. The setup gives me good turn in with mild oversteer depending on tire pressure.
