i have a b&m fuel pressure regulator i want to change the psi back to stock but how do i adjust it??

the old owner had a turbo so he boosted the psi to 42 and 50wot i think stock is 38 anyone know what the stock pressure is?

 

on my d16 stock was somewhere around 32ish psi.

 

oh man u serious that low eh no wonder my car bogs till 4,000rpm then kicks in hmmm anyone know how to adjust it?
