Default autocross time improvements with rear sway/tie bar

just curious what people have seen in ax time improvements once they did a rear sway bar install. (x seconds in y second run, etc.) just got the comptech sway/tie bar combo for my integra.

thanks.

that's nearly impossible to quantify as you need a really consistent driver to have meaning for results. most of time it is simply judged by how it makes the car feel - and that affects driver confidence/preference and hopefully it the lap times will drop. it's just a small part of the overall tuning weather it is driver (techniques) or car tuning.

find a test and tune day near you i guess.

I wouldn't say that the swaybar would consistently reduce your times by x.xxx amount but rather the adjustability of it would allow you to adjust the car for different conditions to maintain an ideal handling characteristic.

...and since every course is different in configuration and time, it's even harder to tell.

Focus on if the bar is really helping you rotate more or less.

I'm very consistent in my runs - I'll usually do five runs, all within a second of each other. And the last three or four will usually be within a 0.5 second.

I recently installed GCs 400/f 300/r and definitely noticed a 0.5 or better time reduction compared to other consistent drivers in my club (in a 40 second +/- course). Therefore, assuming that others have had the same experience (i.e., after making a modification, comparing their times to others in their club), I was wondering if they've done so with the rear sway bar.
