Default Okay to remove bracket on header?

The bracket from the 2 pipes on the header is vibrating either against the axle or part of the engine no matter where i move it, can i remove that bracket with no problems or must i have it there?

I have no bracket on my header (Spoon 4-2-1) and have no problems.

Most people with JDM-sized headers don't have a bracket. It is safe.
