imagestation ?

alright guys i did a search, could not find anything...i need help blurring out license plates on imagestation..how do i edit pics to do this..or do i need to open up pics in paint, fix, save, and then upload. there's gotta be an easier way. help please

Easier way? It takes 30 seconds.
