Default 99-00 EK conversion

Hi. I;ve been lurking here for some time now, and have learned a lot. I have a question for you, and, yes, I did do several searches.

How difficult is it to do a 99-00 conversion on an 98 or earlier hatch? Is it simply the front and rear bumpers, and is it a simple bolt on, or is there more involved? Thanks in advance.

That's more than I expected. With all that might run me, why not get a 99? Course, this is all hypothetical right now. I'm broke. Still, I have a dream...

Thanks for the info.
