That's a great combo. Most people that autocross or Solo 1 use that setup because it works so well. I've been running on it for two years now and I have no complaints.
In regards to the ride quality, it really depends on what spring rates you choose with the Ground Controls. Unlike other coilovers, you can choose whatever spring rate you want when you buy the GCs so you can make it soft and comfy or ultra stiff. The guys at GC will help you choose the right combo that works for you.

I've got a set of Ground Control coilovers that will fit your stock integra shocks... i never used them since they wouldn't fit on my koni's. they are brand new. i lost the box, but again, they've never been installed. you are supposed to install them onto the STOCK integra shocks, or civic too i guess. If anyone wants them, make an offer
I already know i'm gonna loose money on them, but I haven't figured out how much just yet. Thanks

GC makes a special kit just for the konis.
my 2 cents: you're going to be paying about $300 for the GCs and $500 for the koni yellows.. for about $100 more you could have a true coilover setup

yea, but i've already put out 320 with shipping for the coilovers i've got b/c i was never informed of this... i was told they would fit my shocks (which happened to be koni's). So instead of waiting a long long long time to save up money (i have to pay off my rims and tires right now also) i just stuck on some new eiback sportline springs i got for $188. now i've got no use for these. kinda makes me sick to think about it. really sick.
What spring rates are all you Ground Control people riding on? I heard they can be ordered in different rates. What spring rates does GC send out by default?

you need the koni adapters that GC sells for them to work w/ konis, $10/corner i think
I would look into the Koni Coilover kit, the ride is smoother then stock on the softest of settings and nice and stiff if you want it to be. The adjustment on the shocks is really easy to do. The ride height adjustment is a little bit on the annoying side, and the kit will not go as low as a gc setup. HTH
