Default exhaust size for jrsc on gsr

i searched for like 10 min and could get anything to come up. i have heard mix thoughts on weather i should get a 3in or 2.25 inch. im thinking the 3 inch thermal exhaust turbo set up. i have been herin that it will not have enough back pressure and fry my valves? so if any one know whats up and if 3 or 2.25 is the way to go. im leanen toward 3 cause i hear more people say to go 3inch.

It depends on if you got a factory cat, test pipe or high flow cat. It will be a little louder with a normal cat but if you have a test pipe or high flow it will be a lot louder.
