Worth waxing?
Just wondering... is it even worth waxing a car with a new paint job? I only washed my car with water for the first month when it came out of the paint shop... and now I'm washing it with Meguires Gold Class car wash conditioner. Was thinking about waxing it but wasn't sure if it's something you would want to do on a farily new paint job (been about 3 months since it's been painted). Thanks.

It's the least you can do. Start protecting that paint ASAP.

Lol awesome, thanks.
Any wax you guys would recommend for a new paint job or are they all pretty much the same?
Note: I'm poor, so can't buy that $80 dollar wax people on here use.
Wish I could though.

Go ahead and wax that new paint job, just don't use an abrasive polish/wax
combination. Try something like a glaze followed by a 'pure' wax. Both 3M
and Meguiars have excellent systems available for this. If
you have questions, try getting the product from an autobody paint retail
store, ask for help from the counter staff.
