Default anyone ever re-ring their D16?

i have a 90 CRX si, it hasn't been running to well for a while. I know my compression has dropped and im thinking of doing a quick rebuild. I don't care to do a swap or try to make it fast. wouldn't mind doing a little but it isn't my 1st priority. im starting back racing, have a new truck and the crx is just going to get me to work and back so i don't have to feed the v8. any recommendations to have a fun daily driver? i have the knowledge and tools to do almost everything, just don't know whats out there and where to get it. thanks

$400 and you could get yourself a cheap D16 DX longblock from a newer civic with lower miles. and you would have to do is switch some parts of your stock D16a6..like (intake maifold, injectors, distributor, header, and a few small things)
