Alt-C OBDII

I do not have a helms. Could anyone please advise where the Alt C wire is located on the OBDII harness 98CivicEX>. I need to cut for a Voltage issue I am having. I will be cuting the one on the Coversion harness not the factory harness. Thanks

ATLF is C17
