Transmission Clicking
Ok i dropped my car off yesturday to have my new clutch put in. Came back today and they hadnt touched it sayin that they think it has transmission problems. Only way to find out is to tear down the transmission.
When i let the clutch out there is a loud clicking coming from the transmission. I push in the clutch and the clicking stops...any idea what this could be to help me diagnose the problem?
Thanks

sounds like a throw out bearing issue. if it's the throw out bearing, they don't need to take apart the transmission, they just need to remove the tranny and remove a $20-$30 part...that's it...don't let 'em screw you
