Default Taillights, guages,instrument light not working

Taillights, guages,instrument lights are not working, none of the turn on, does anyone know how i can fix this? I have a 1990 hatch STD

They are located under the steering wheel.

a combination of things not working like you said is almost certainly related to bad fuses. check them again!! its easy to miss one if you rush.

if you pull the fuses related to the non-working circuits and you know they are good...
then try pulling the fuse and sticking a voltmeter to each of the contacts. is there power and ground at those contacts when you turn on the instru. lights?

this same thing happend to my GFs truck. same exsact **** actually. it was a relay. good luck finding it

There are only a couple of relays in the car so its not to hard. They are under the drivers dash as well. Do you have a manuel? Trouble shooting is much easier with one and there are wiring schematics in the back which could help you find the problem.

its defenitly not the fuses, ive changed all of them, checked them, the whole shmeel, it must be this reley thing, i dont have a manual
