Default HELP!! me with my oil return flange on my TURBO SIDE!!!!!! not oil pan

Ok here is my problem from so long ago....

I want to the stainless steel with -AN fittings at the end ON BOTH SIDES... my problem is at the turbo, NOT AT OIL PAN, i'm fine at oil pan for now. here's what i want

HERE IS MY FITTING ON MY TURBO SIDE

See, it's a stupid barb type of fitting.. bullshit

so i was thinking of cutting the metal pipe part off my peice of **** turbo flange thing and then welding this fitting in place of it...

but this is an alunminum fitting,, i have no idea if my oil return is steel or alumnium... what should i do? i don't know if it even fits, that's why i took a pic of the measurement to show you guys... about 1.25" or so

btw: my turbo is a ihi rhb5, not those t25, i dunno if i can even buy the ready made flanges....

The turbo in the first pic has a 1/2" npt outlet adapter. You need to get that adapter plus a 1/2" to AN -10 adapter to connect to the -10 (45* or straight) hose end. Using a 45* hose end would take out the low spot that is in the picture above.

Why not measure your bolt spacing and call some places that sell them.. I'm sure the guys at turbopiping.com will help you.. if that garret flange won't fit then you can weld the an fitting to it.. Summit sells them. There is nothing wrong with doing it the stock way.

Call up http://www.bakerprecision.com/
And get the fitting in steel and then weld it on the nipple fitting that goes onto the turbo and your done
