Default Experience with www.hondaautomotiveparts.com?

How's their services? How long does it takes for the parts to arrive to you??

There are some *cough* different between the price on the site compare to the dealership's price. But the dealers can get those in tomorrow morning. Just wonder if the $$ is worth for the quicker respond time.

I've had pretty decent service with them. It seems like sometimes it takes longer for them to get the parts and sometimes it doesn't. I think it just depends on the availability of the part in general...

So far my orders have come out cheaper than from the dealer, even with shipping.

The prices hondaautomotiveparts.com offered to me were much cheaper than the local dealerships. Also, they sent out the part quickly. When I opened the package, I realized that it was the wrong part. (2 weeks later) I called them up and they said that they'd send the correct part and asked if I could send back the wrong part. Simple as that.

Wrong parts? so ended up it took longer than 2 weeks for you to get the right part?

Have had great experience with them. They usally get the order the day after via ordering online and they usually ship in 2-3 days.

pieces of **** charge too much for shipping and handling.. and when i selected 2 day air.. they send it ground.

this was an important part so i needed it ASAP. instead, they make me pay some ridiculous price for shipping.. but decide to ship on their own terms.

queers.

No, I am saying that Hondaautomotiveparts did a great job. I was lazy and it took me 2 weeks to actually call them. They sent the correct part right away within 3 days. The first shipment came within 3 days as well. Sorry if you misunderstood.

Very true on the shipping and handeling. ALso, they sent me the wrong part, I sent it back, they never sent the right part, and they never gave my $$ back. I called and just kept getting a run around.

They charge me for ground, but upgrade it to 2 day air for free.
