Does this fit ??

My friend is going to sell me a MUGEN ECU for DC2R, and he claims that it gonna fit all the RSX. Is that right ??

Your friend is an idiot.
The DC2R and the DC5 ECU's are completely different and will not work for the other car.
Be smart and slap your friend for being an idiot.
