How can I tune my LS better?

I have a 93 LS Integra w/ a partly built motor. (Pistons and Rods) want to know every detail to make my LS put out as much as it should be.

We need more details on your setup than "pistons and rods" to help you.

The only way to tune that car is with a turbo kit....Its a MUST
