I am using Arp headstuds and was told by an arp rep over the phone that retorqueing is sometimes not necessary and that "some people have gotten away without doing so."
Any of you guys using these 'not' retorque them? What do you retorque them to, 70lb.? I have been driving with them for 1500 miles with out the retorque and am probably going to do it sometime this week.
Thanks.

i usually dont have to retorque since i torque them enough times while claying and doing other measuring.
There have been times when i dont do any measuring and one torque is sufficient.
