quick clutch change question

quick clutch change question

when people replace their clutch when it wears out. Assuming that they're going to replace from an worn oem one to a new oem one. Do they change only the clutch disc or the pressure plate too?

I changed everything

Clutch pressure plate
Disc
Flyhweel
Pilot Bearing
Throwout Bearing

both, the fingers on the pp get worn down too.
