silver dollar raceway

any body been to silver dollar raceway? there's this guy has a civic hatch that runs mid 11's. does any body know this guy?

I know who he is. His name is Steven, his name is the same as his board name on vtecatlanta.com. He has a teal GSR turbo'd hatch...
