Dammit, how do you pronounce TEIN? I've heard it said like "TINE," "TEAN," and "TANE." Personally, I always said "TINE," but I must know the truth. I'm tired of hearing different pronounciations.

Yes, TAYNE is the correct way to say it. Tein did a 2 page ad in a magazine, complete with pronounciation instructions. Tein also stands for TEchnical INovation.

 

tane.... long 'a' sound but some people i know still call in tee-in.

I think it's sounds better saying you own a pair of TEE-IN'S....instead of TANES! TEE-IN just sounds cool!

Wow what do ya know... I start this just to find out about Tein and I realize I've been saying Mugen wrong too. And I still don't get the 5Zigen, so I just won't buy anything from them... then I won't have to worry about pronouncing it right.
