PS=> El Pollo Diablo has inspired me to get my license at the end of this month. I hope to be competing in H2 for the last ECHC race at Summit Point in October.

It depends on the quality of the suit, but yes, it is a good deal....

Joe, I emailed the following to NASA registration concerning this months comp school. Maybe you can answer:

1. I need to mail the Provisional License Application, Physical forms, copy of driver's license and $50 to NASA northeast no later than 12 days before August 30th (around August 18th). Who do I mail the forms to?

2. I need to have a car that can pass tech inspection

3. I need the required personal safety gear to pass tech inspection

Anything else?

From my time trial video I can see where I lost time compared to the ECHC racers. I am coming to slow into turn 10 to get more speed coming down the straight away. I can take turns 3 to 4 faster. Since the last time I was on stock suspension, I think once I get on Summit with my stiffer suspension with more camber, I should feel more comfortable turning it up a notch.

Don't we all! According to http://www.nasaracing.net/2003.shtml the October event is on the Shenadoah Circuit, which may not be finished.

I think there is a slight conflict in the websites... NASA -VA says October is Shenadoah, while ECHC says October is the "normal" Summit Point circuit.

Which is correct?

 

Myself, I'll admit to having no first-hand knowledge about this subject. But, from what I've heard, chicks dig Sparco!
