it's a freebie from the option magazine from taiwan or Hong kong.
i got a black one saying something else..

probably you can get those magazine in Socal, city like alhambra, san gabriel, etc

some of those little "plate"(the text is impacted just like real lisence plate) is funny as hell too..like no fat chick, 2seater reserved for hot chick only,etc

seriously..if any say something about old school cars...gimme one!..I have an 87 Honda Civic Hatchback

(im willing to pay+shipping if needed....i think it would fit in an envelope though)
