No It's Megan. They have a N1 style cat back, that looks decent, just wondering about sound, fitting, etc.

If you knew, the ES Oval is a muffler and not a complete exhaust system, and as you said a muffler is a muffler and will only get us tickets. And in your own words, you said not to waste money on universal ****, yet, you advertise the ES Oval.

I have the Megan racing 3" cat back exhaust on my 240. Its definately not cheap looking or made out of cheap material.

Its completely mandrel bennt and polished steel and sounds pretty bad *** on my 1.8.

I got mine off ebay for $335, not bad at all compared to what some other 240sx exhaust go for.

 

Mgean makes a 2.5" stainless steel mandrel bent full catback exhaust for 96-00 Civic Hatchbacks for $240 on eBay.

haha, chillin. i wasnt advertising anything. i was just going off the top of my head. i was driving home and i saw an EH with an es oval, so thats what i was thinking of.
and everyone was talking about ws lately, so that was really all i could think about.

anyways. back to the TOPIC. you get what you pay for.

I got the real mugen twin loop & could be happier I can't believe a company (named megan )would copy mugen's twin loop & even have the 'lil rings on the exhaust tip

685? That's a rip off. I have the twinloop no reasonator, it sounds nice but overpriced and heavy. I don't get how the cat-back only fits the hatchback, i thought the couple and hatch use the same type of exhaust?

 

What's the benefit of having the extra piping? It's obvious added weight.

I believe it's for toning down the noise, that's why mugen is one of the quietist

I've heard of the "megan" exhaust, but i've never seen one...

 

Thanks for the replies guys, I'd like to get an Apex'i but the $300 Megan exhaust is $200 or so cheaper than the best price I've found for an Apex'i.
The Megan exhaust I was looking at was an N1 style not the twin loop.

all N1 style mufflers are the same, regardless of what popular opinion may be.....go for it if you want, as long as it's stainless steel
