It means, yes they will fit since its for the same chassis. But, since your Integra weighs more, the spring rates probably aren't as stiff and the car may not handle as well and feel softer. Generally Integra rates are stiffer than that of the Civic/Del Sol due to the extra weight and is why many Civic owners get Integra coilovers. Depending on what kind of coilovers they are, you may be able to upgrade spring rates down the road if they are too soft.
