Default Oil pan leaking?

It looks as if my oil pan gasket isnt doing its job. I have never taken it off before, why would it be leaking? It seems to be leaking a lot. Do you think factory warranty would cover it? My motor looks definitely modified, but do you guys know if might be worth asking the dealer to do it?

I just sprung a leak last week, I thought it was the from the filter but I replaced it and checked the gasket nothing...
I now am monitoring the oil pan after cleaning up the mess down there.

Where and what exactly is the "oil pan gasket"? Are you talking about the bolt on the bottom of the pan used to drain the oil?
