intake, headers, and exhaust shuold do her good
you can convert to obdI but its pretty much useless unless she is planning on really doing some major engine work.

pretty much thats it since its automatic it
will be a waste of time doing the rest of the mods.
and the obd2 to obd1 conversion is done since
there is a higher mod's market for obd1
and less restricted than obd2 thats all

I have intake/header/exhaust on my LS and the thing that felt the best after the install was the AEM cold air intake. I would recommend getting the intake first. I personally would recommend the AEM. I have not tried the Injen cold air, but I hear that it is also good. The long tubing gives the power curve a nice "hump" around 3600rpms which is good for daily driving.

Intake is probably the best mod for a LS, besides a turbo obviously. I never did exhaust to mine, but the header was pretty worthless.

Intake by far would give you the most power for money, except turbo. Also, integras have pretty bad understeer and handling, get a bigger rear sway bar like type-r kit or comptech kit to shrink down your understeer, also get a complete set of coilover, so you get much better road control. you won't be able to get much power out of an auto by just basic bolt ons, should focus your money to handling where you would get more drastic results.

Definitely suspension....should be the first thing everyone does....makes the car much more fun to drive even though the power isn't there.
