Please tell me you ran on a Skunk2 ECU. Do you have a stock cat on? Go in with stock exhaust manifold, cat and ecu.

i have a skunk 2 ecu p28 , so put back the stock ecu then. Instead of putting al the stock parts again can i just go to a shop and let them tune it . So i don't have rich or lean fuel.

retard timing, create a vacuum leak, run low octane fuel, rev the **** outta your car, put think washers between the header and exhaust pipe- to create a leak for some of the ex. to get out. Cheating the system is never easy

I'm on the same boat, just failed emissions today, damn hc's. In your case there are a few things to try. First put in a stock ecu rather it be a p72, or even a stock p28. Your not going for hp here so that alone might get you by. Second lower your fuel pressure and or lean out your mixture with your apexi control. Make sure your running good plugs and your air filter element is up to par. Could need a possible O2 senor but if I'm reading your hydrocarbons correctly your not running that rich to indicate that. You can also try another way to cheat the system if all else fails. Disconnect one fuel plug connector (yes it will be running a little ruffer since its only on 3 cylinders) and the inop cylinder will act like a air/oxygen pump adding a better mixture for the smog tester to read.....best of luck

you should be find with the stock ecu. if not, since you are obdI , run a single cam 92-95(not sure on the code)cx/dx ecu. just pop the ecu in RIGHT before you test and take it out after your done. this worked for my brother on his 1st gen b16, it pass as if it was a single cam. and he failed 4x the amount

That was me.

Jun2 isn't helping. Make sure you have a fresh catalytic converter. If you have cam gears, set them to 0. Also lean the fuel pressure regulator and fully retard your ignition timing. I got Jun3's to pass with 2.5" after market cat and OBDII ecu, you should be able to pass too.

Late,
Cheap Bastard
