Default mini-me question

My hx is in need of more horsepower and due to me being on a tight budget i was thinking of doin a y8 swap on my d16y5. Also putting a bored out tb with a y8 manifold. What kind of gains can i expect or should i save for an actual engine swap that will take more time.

Thanks

EDIT** I know the engine swap would be better, but that is a little out of my reach at the moment

i was gonna go minime myslef, but mini-me's, d, b, or h series creates problems 99% of the time, just go full swap to a y8, get the head for now.. work on it a bit, gasket, valves, p&p and save for the block
