Searched, cannot find the answer on brake coversion - anyone know?

Searched, cannot find the answer on brake coversion - anyone know?
I have found a rear disc brake conversion for my 1991 Accord wagon, but it is from a 1994 Accord EX Sedan, will it work ?
The archives say for 4th gen 91-93 will work, for 5th gen 94-97 or 98 will work, but I havent found anyone listing that they are using the parts across generations.
I know this has been discussed 1 million times, but I was not able to find the answer to the above specifially. Please let me know...
