Damn! That's all I have to say.
Ok, first off. My car will not start. I've narrowed it down to the flywheel. I replaced the starter and nothing worked at all. It did the exact same thing.
Second, I am broke as hell. I've been paying off all kinds of debt and it is leaving me with no money to fix my car with. I work 6 days a week and my car is my only form of transportation to and from work.
Just recently (within a day or two) my car overheated (I was stuck in traffic). I couldn't turn it off because then I would not be able to start it again. I had to cringe my teeth. Luckily the traffic cleared quickly and once I began to move my car went back to normally operating temp.
This led me to believe that something is wrong with either my thermoswitch, fan switch, fan, or relay.
Shortly afterwards I noticed a pretty big hinderance in performance from my car. I was not running it hard, but did notice that it didn't pull as hard as it should have at certain throttle positions. As soon as I got home, I checked my coolant overflow tank, and low and behold. MILKSHAKE.
****! So to sum things up, not only do I have a flywheel that needs replacing (I think, still not 100% sure), and a fan to fix, but also a headgasket to replace (God forbid the head be warped).
The one good thing I have going for me is that I just happened to have a spare GSR flywheel to use. It could use resurfacing, but it will sufice until I manage to scrape up the funds for a new one.
