I started my car this morning and when i got out of it to get my mail, (GOING to work) I noticed that there was gas dripping out the exhuast pipe (wich is now an Apex Gt muff.) Am I running rich or something? what?

P.S. I wish I could run rich, Financially.

 

bump. it's not water, it's gas. and not just a little bit, it fills up a 1 cup size bowl in less than 2 min.

come on people, I lost another 4 gallons today any help? the only thing this helps is my post count! the gas is coming out the exhaust quite a bit.

 

The only way you would be getting raw gas in the exhaust is if one or more cylinders are not firing. Surely you would notice a miss in the engine. Most moisture is condensation and just smells like gas from the exhaust fumes.. fumes(is that spelled right?)

 

wow thats alot of gas leaking mines leaks too but i dont lose that much gasoline in a DAY. my gas doesnt even go down tat fast. im thinking its just water. but i do need a re-tune though. running 310 rc injector and walbro 255 fuel pump. im thinking im running a little bit to rich then the stock fuels. hoping you'll find the problems. GL

 

Hopefully, your car is not firing on a cylinder and that's where it is coming from. Any loss of power?

If you are running that rich, I wou8ld be afraid to drive it. That rich of a mixture, gas will seep through the piston rings, mix with the oil...... and bye bye motor.
